MCI Electrotechnics Ltd is a dedicated Control Systems Specialist that manufactures a wide range of high quality Control Panels, MCCs, Power Distribution Panels and Hazardous Area Systems in Exd, Exde, compliant with BS EN 61439-2 2011, the LV Directive and EMC Directive.
Our capabilities include the manufacture, installation, test, commissioning, and life cycle support of our electrical systems and custom built products. Our highly qualified team offers unparalleled expertise and are adept at tightly integrating all key disciplines of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and systems assimilation. We strive to ensure a successful outcome to every project. In addition, MCI's Specialist Product Supply department offers impartial technical advice and proven solutions to help resolve the most demanding of problems.
MCI builds custom Control Panels, Motor Control Centres, Switchgear Packaged Systems, Distribution Boards and Electrical Equipment in accordance with client specifications, fully certified for both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous areas.
MCI have manufacturing, planning, and procurement capabilities for all types of electrical installations including our own manufactured switchboards, MCC's and control panels. This includes; power and lighting systems, motors, winches, mud-pumps, hydraulic power packs, AC/DC systems, fibre cables, PA/GA systems, alarm and camera systems. Installation work has been carried out in the following regions; North Sea, Holland, Norway, Denmark, Spain, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Angola, Namibia, Nigeria, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Middle East, Trinidad, Barbados and USA.
Within our management and engineering team there is a wealth of experience, all having come from a control systems and installation background.
MCI have a Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) in place for the manufacture of Electrical and Instrumentation Control Systems.
MCI Electrotechnics Ltd was established in July 1995 to provide quality system integration solutions into a range of industrial market sectors. Following rapid growth and due to customer demand we established our Offshore Installation division and the manufacture of hazardous area panels and systems. These new divisions created exciting opportunities for expansion of our product portfolio and a major growth of our client base. MCI has continued to expand its services to meet our client’s demands and is moving to new first class premises in 2019.
MCI is located in Dyce, Aberdeen, Scotland. Our location near to Aberdeen International Airport is perfect when shipping equipment to our many overseas clients and we are strategically placed on the main trunk routes for homeland deliveries.
